The programme seeks to alert the child to the risks present in contemporary society in a non-alarmist manner.  The focus is upon child protection and safety in relation to person, place and thing against a backdrop of safety- promoting behaviours, strategies and support groups. The programme also emphasises the rights of the child - a theme that is given special significance when dealing in child protection.
